Right of withdrawal/cancellation instructions in accordance with. FAGG

A Consumer can withdraw from a distance selling contract or a contract concluded off-premises within 14 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier takes possession of the goods have or has.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (unbound coffee roasters gmbh, Weissstraße 9, 6112 Wattens, email: shop@unbound.cc, Tel.: +43 676 9003998) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. b a letter sent by post, fax or email) informing you of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

The legal restrictions apply (exceptions to applicability and exceptions to the right of withdrawal/cancellation. The consumer has no right of withdrawal from contracts about:

-Goods whose price depends on fluctuations on the financial market, over which the entrepreneur has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period

-Goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs

-Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded

-Goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery

-Goods that, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

-alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which cannot be delivered earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence.

-Sound or video recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery

-Newspapers, magazines or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the delivery of such publications 

If you cancel this contract, we will pay you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than that offered by us, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that are not sent by post and are heavier than 18kg (all coffee machines), costs are:dH from € 80.00 (note according to. § 4 Paragraph 1 Z 9 S 2 FAGG). You must pay for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
