General information about delivery


We ship your orders with our logistics partners, Austrian Post and DB Schenker. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping partner, you will receive an email notification with a tracking code. Using this code, you can check the status of your delivery at any time. Please note that for international shipments, your package may be handed over to a shipping partner in the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this forwarding and the associated processing time.

We use Shopify Payments and PayPal to process payments. Different methods may be available depending on your country. We use, among others:
